The Million Pound Drop is Channel 4’s most successful entertainment format since Big Brother and in turn, it spawned one of the most successful second screen games of all time. Built for mobile and web The Million Pound Drop has had over 2.5 million IOS and Android app downloads and has won a BAFTA for digital creativity.
When I joined Monterosa, The Million pound drop was in need of a refresh. It was my task to come up with eye catching game notifications that fitted in with the already existing style, I also had to create a large amount of achievements icons for the game packs which were either free or were able to purchase from the Million Pound Drop app store.
