With European expansion planned, TelecityGroup needed to demonstrate the strength of its offer over other data centre providers. Design by Structure rebranded the companies website, as a key sales channel, to consolidate the new brand.
They overhauled every aspect of the website’s content, structure and design to communicate TelecityGroup’s differentiators - strong market position, operational scale and a reputation for excellent customer service.
TelecityGroup has significantly grown its business and share price has doubled.
Whilst at Design by Structure, I designed a number of Telecity’s microsite’s and worked on their online flash banner adverts. I also had the opportunity to take the design lead on the illustrations used for the print and web aspects of TelecityGroups’s site and annual report. They wanted an illustration style that was eye catching and fully explained the in’s and out’s of a working data centre. I was really pleased with the final outcome and more importantly so were they. Since I have left Design by Structure, I’m happy to find out that they are still using the style and it has become an integral part of Telecity’s brand style.
